What You Need to Succeed:
- Active Minnesota Teaching License
- Tier 3 or Tier 4 Minnesota teaching license for Special Education Teachers
- Ability to provide a current resume and Minnesota teaching license for submission
Your Core Responsibilities:
- Support high school special education classrooms each morning
- Serve as a consultant for elementary behavior intervention services in the afternoons (no individual caseload)
- Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement effective student behavior plans
