Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid teaching certification in Special Education required

- Ability to collaborate closely with paraprofessionals, behavior specialists, and related service providers
- Strong communication and organizational abilities

- Create and maintain a safe, structured, and positive classroom atmosphere
- Implement evidence-based behavioral support and intervention strategies
