Key Qualifications:

- Experience supporting students with reading, math, and executive functioning challenges
- Strong background in developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with general education teachers and support staff
- Excellent organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver targeted instruction to 5th-grade students with identified learning deficits
- Provide services in a small group setting during school hours (8:30 AM - 2:45 PM)
- Offer instruction that aligns with students’ IEPs and grade-level standards
- Partner with regular education teachers to adapt curriculum and provide consistent support
- Monitor student progress, collect data, and adjust interventions as needed
- Maintain open communication with families and professional colleagues regarding student development
- Promote skill-building in executive functioning and academic self-advocacy
