Qualifications:
- Valid Special Education Teacher license required
- Strong experience or background in MD (Multiple Disabilities) and/or ED (Emotional Disabilities) settings
- Familiarity with autism, non-verbal communication, physical impairments, BIPS, social-emotional instruction, and crisis intervention preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of 9-12 students in an MD classroom or 10-15 students in an ED classroom
- Collaborate with staff to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct instruction, intervention strategies, and crisis management as needed
- Support social, emotional, and academic growth for students with diverse needs
