This part-time, travel role involves working 2 days per week at Grant Elementary as a Resource Teacher. You'll support students who mainly participate in general education but need specialized instruction, targeted interventions, accommodations, and IEP services. Your expertise will help students thrive academically while you gain exposure to leading workplace methods, collaborative faculty, and innovative instructional approaches—enriching your resume and developing your professional skillset.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Current Special Education Teacher certification
- Experience with resource programming and IEP implementation

- Strong skills in academic intervention, accommodation strategies, and executive functioning support
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide specialized instruction and intervention to students identified through IEP teams
- Develop and implement accommodations for grade-level academic access

- Utilize both push-in and pull-out models to support instructional needs
