Qualifications & Desired Experience:

- Experience with self-contained classrooms or similar settings preferred

- Ability to foster an inclusive, supportive learning community
- Previous work at the elementary or middle school level is highly valued
Key Responsibilities:
- Instruct and support students within two self-contained LBS1 classrooms
- Develop, adapt, and deliver differentiated lesson plans tailored to each student's needs
- Create a safe and nurturing classroom environment conducive to learning and growth
- Collaborate with school staff, therapists, and families to assess progress and update goals
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all special education requirements
- Employ a variety of instructional strategies and classroom management techniques
