What We’re Looking For:
- Valid Professional Educator License (PEL) in hand
- LBS 1 endorsement required
- Experience working with K-12 students in special education settings
- Strong communication, collaboration, and adaptability skills
- Comfortable managing both in-person and virtual instruction (if applying virtually)
- Tech-savvy for virtual instruction (for remote candidates)
- Commitment to fostering inclusive and supportive learning environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to students’ needs
- Provide specialized instruction for a variety of learning abilities across grades K-12
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, school staff, and families to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records and conduct regular assessments to monitor student growth
- Utilize technology effectively for virtual or hybrid instruction
- Promote a positive, encouraging learning atmosphere for every student
