You’ll play a key part in helping students thrive in an intermediate resource setting that focuses on both push-in and pull-out support in ELA and Math. Located in a vibrant, welcoming school community, this full-time, onsite opportunity allows you to work directly with a small group of 8–10 students, ensuring a meaningful impact every day.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid LBS1 and PEL certifications (required; please add a screenshot of your license as a blank page at the end of your resume)
- Experience providing special education services at the elementary level
- Familiarity with push-in and pull-out instructional strategies in ELA and Math
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to supporting diverse learners in inclusive educational environments
What You’ll Do:
- Provide targeted instruction and interventions for 4th and 5th grade students
- Deliver both push-in and pull-out services in coordination with general education teachers
- Develop and implement IEP goals, tracking student progress regularly
- Foster a positive, inclusive classroom culture
- Collaborate with staff and families to support student growth and engagement
Assignment Details:
- Full-time, contract position: 35 hours per week
- Schedule: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Assignment dates: August 14 – End of September (FMLA coverage; possible extension)
- Onsite interviews required
