Special Education Teacher in Boston, MA

Qualifications:
- Valid MA Special Education Teacher certification (SPED MA)
- Moderate/Severe (Mod/Sev) License required
- Previous experience in special education preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to develop and adapt individualized instructional plans
Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging, differentiated instruction to students with moderate to severe disabilities
- Create and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
- Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, and families to ensure cohesive support
- Utilize data to inform instruction and help students achieve measurable progress
- Maintain accurate records of student progress, interventions, and IEP goals
- Foster a safe, respectful, and positive learning environment
