Desired Qualifications:

- Ability to maintain thorough documentation and compliance with state and federal regulations
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop individualized lesson plans and adapt curriculum to support students with varying abilities
- Work closely with general education teachers and support staff to ensure appropriate classroom accommodations
- Monitor and assess student progress, modifying instruction as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing insightful recommendations and updates
- Foster a positive and supportive classroom environment that nurtures each student’s social, emotional, and academic growth
- Communicate regularly with families to celebrate achievements and address challenges
