In this engaging contract position, your responsibilities will include:
- Designing, implementing, and adjusting personalized instructional plans
- Assessing student progress and maintaining accurate, thorough documentation
- Collaborating with general education teachers and support staff on student goals and interventions
- Facilitating small-group or one-on-one instruction based on IEP directives
- Providing a supportive, safe, and stimulating classroom environment
- Communicating regularly with parents or guardians to discuss student achievements and needs
