What You Will Do:
- Co-teach alongside general education teachers in an inclusive classroom environment
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Adapt curriculum and lessons to meet diverse learning needs
- Manage a caseload of 11 students, providing specialized instruction and support
- Collaborate with faculty, support staff, and families to promote student success
- Create and maintain a positive and respectful classroom culture
