Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Valid teaching license in Special Education (Minnesota or eligible for reciprocity)
- Experience with Center-based Strategies or comparable special education programs preferred

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with staff, students, and families
- Ability to manage classrooms with empathy, consistency, and positive behavioral supports
- Flexible, adaptable, and ready to support students across multiple needs and grade levels
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct instruction and support to students within a Center-based Strategies program
- Collaborate with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and related service providers
- Maintain data, records, and progress monitoring in compliance with IEPs and district policies
- Develop and implement behavior management plans as needed to support positive student outcomes
- Foster an inclusive, supportive, and engaging classroom environment
- Communicate regularly with families to ensure student growth and well-being
