- Black Hawk Middle School – Center-based Strategies program
- Greenleaf Elementary School – Center-based Strategies program

Qualifications:
- Valid teaching license in special education (state of MN or eligible for reciprocity)

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized and small group instruction within center-based special education programs
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in alignment with district policies
- Collaborate with general educators, paraprofessionals, and families
- Maintain timely documentation and progress reports
