Qualifications:
- Valid Special Education (SPED) certification for Massachusetts
- Moderate/Severe (Mod/Sev) License required
- Ability to start as soon as possible

Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized instruction aligned with students’ IEP goals
- Design and adapt classroom materials and activities for diverse learning needs
- Collaborate effectively with general education teachers, support staff, and families
- Monitor student progress, assess development, and report on outcomes
- Maintain accurate records in accordance with program and state requirements
- Foster a positive, structured classroom culture that encourages growth and achievement
