Special Education Teacher - Cambridge, MD

Qualifications:
- Valid Maryland Special Education License required
- Background in elementary education, specifically supporting 4th-grade students

Responsibilities:
- Teach and support a caseload of 15 fourth-grade students with diverse learning needs
- Collaborate with general education teachers to deliver co-taught lessons as well as individualized instruction in a resource setting
- Develop and implement IEP goals, monitor progress, and complete required documentation
- Employ research-based special education strategies and adapt instruction as needed
- Communicate regularly with parents, staff, and support personnel regarding student progress
