Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and adapt Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Provide direct instructional support to students in a variety of classroom settings
- Collaborate with general education teachers, aides, and support staff
- Monitor student progress and maintain detailed records
- Communicate regularly with families regarding student goals and achievements
- Create a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment
- Attend professional development sessions and staff meetings as required
