What You'll Bring:
- Valid certification as a Special Education Teacher or Intervention Specialist
- Experience working with students in special education, preferably at the middle school level
- Skilled in designing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Strong collaboration abilities with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Adaptability and creativity in tailoring evidence-based strategies

Your Responsibilities:
- Provide push-in support for twelve 6th–8th grade students, ensuring their individual needs are met within the general education classroom
- Collaborate on and modify curriculum and instructional strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities
- Monitor student progress, maintaining detailed records and communicating regularly with staff and families
- Develop and implement IEPs, leading meetings as required
- Help maintain a classroom environment that encourages respect, independence, and confidence
