Key Qualifications:
- Valid Kentucky Special Education teaching certification, including Moderate/Severe Disabilities (MSD) credentials
- Demonstrated experience in supporting students with moderate to severe disabilities

- Ability to collaborate effectively with other educators, therapists, and support staff
- Strong communication skills with families and school stakeholders
Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver differentiated instruction designed to address each student’s unique learning needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Work closely with general education teachers to ensure effective inclusion
- Employ evidence-based strategies, assistive technology, and behavioral interventions
