Primary Responsibilities:
- Design and implement individualized education plans in self-contained classrooms
- Teach, encourage, and assess students in 10th and 11th grades, as well as elementary grades
- Foster a safe, structured classroom environment tailored to diverse developmental stages
- Monitor progress and document student growth in accordance with guidelines
- Coordinate with general education teachers, families, and support staff
- Utilize creative strategies to support behavioral and academic initiatives
