Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver personalized instruction and support for a student with special needs in alignment with their Individualized Education Program (IEP)
- Work closely with other special education staff, related service providers, and families
- Track student progress and document goals, challenges, and achievements
- Implement evidence-based interventions and modify strategies to enhance learning outcomes
- Contribute to IEP development meetings and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
