Special Education Teacher in Eden Prairie, MN

Caseload sizes vary, typically ranging from 4 to 19 students, allowing for individualized attention and meaningful connections.
Qualifications:
- Active and valid Minnesota teaching license in Special Education (required)
- Demonstrated commitment to fostering inclusive, supportive learning environments
- Experience or interest in working with students with autism, developmental cognitive disabilities, or providing homebound instruction
- Strong adaptability and communication skills
- Outstanding collaboration and case management abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized instruction and supports in accordance with student IEPs
- Implement effective strategies for academic, behavioral, and social-emotional growth
- Partner with families, therapists, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure student success
- Document student progress and collaborate on ongoing planning and assessments
- Provide instruction and consultation in a range of settings, including homebound as needed
