Key Qualifications:
- Valid Special Education Teacher certification
- Experience working with early childhood or PreK student populations
- Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary teams and families
- Willingness to travel between multiple school sites as assigned
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide specialized instruction to a caseload of 10-20 PreK students with varying abilities
- Develop, implement, and review Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, families, and administrators to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment
- Assess students’ progress and adapt teaching methods as necessary
- Maintain records and accurate documentation reflecting student growth and program compliance
- Participate in professional development and district-wide meetings as required
- Maintain a consistent Monday-Friday schedule, 7:30–3:30, for the school year (August 2026–May 2027)
