Key Qualifications:

Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized and group instruction in Math or Science to students receiving special education services
- Monitor student progress, making data-driven adjustments to instruction and support
- Develop, implement, and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with related service providers, general education teachers, and school counselors
- Maintain accurate documentation for compliance and reporting
- Actively participate in professional development and school meetings
