Special Education Teacher in Enosburg Falls, VT

The assignment begins August 20th, with standard hours from 7:30 am to 3:00 pm, following a 37.5-hour work week.
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Valid Special Education teaching certification or Paraprofessional credentials
- Experience working with elementary and middle school-aged students (K-8)
- Strong background in behavioral intervention, classroom management, or ESP/BI support roles
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-focused approach
- Adaptability to a variety of student needs and instructional settings
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support to students with diverse learning and behavioral needs
- Implement and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to foster student progress
- Deliver targeted interventions and assist with classroom activities
- Encourage a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment
