Primary Responsibilities:
- Plan, implement, and adjust specialized instructional strategies tailored to students’ needs
- Develop, update, and manage IEPs in compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Track and evaluate student progress, communicating regularly with parents and team members
- Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, and support staff to ensure appropriate accommodations and modifications are provided
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and timely completion of required reports
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in special education
