Role Responsibilities:
- Begin as soon as possible with a consistent Monday through Friday schedule (37.5 hours/week)
- Serve elementary-aged students, adapting lessons to accommodate diverse learning needs
- Collaborate with fellow educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Track and document student progress, making adjustments as needed to promote achievement
- Foster an inclusive classroom environment that supports every learner’s academic and social-emotional development
