- Strong organizational and communication skills
- The ability to adapt instruction to meet the individualized needs of diverse learners
- Experience as a Case Manager is highly valued
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality instruction to students with diverse learning needs in accordance with IEPs
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans collaboratively with staff and parents
- Manage caseloads, maintain accurate and timely documentation, and participate in IEP meetings
- Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to facilitate student success
- Conduct formal and informal assessments to track student progress and guide instructional decisions
- Advocate for students’ needs and provide a supportive, inclusive classroom environment
