Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Special Education teaching certification
- Experience as a Special Education Teacher within a school setting preferred

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized instruction for students with diverse needs
- Write and manage effective IEPs in compliance with school and district standards
- Employ differentiated instructional strategies to meet academic, social, and behavioral goals
- Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, and families
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment that encourages student growth and self-advocacy
- Regularly assess student progress and adjust plans as needed
- Participate in professional development and staff meetings as required
