Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid certification in Special Education teaching
- Previous experience working with students with diverse abilities preferred
- Strong collaborative skills and dedication to working with multidisciplinary teams
- Development and implementation of IEPs (Individualized Education Programs)
- Excellent communication and organization skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging, differentiated instruction to support students’ unique learning needs
- Plan and manage IEPs, ensuring compliance and student progress
- Work collaboratively with general education teachers, specialists, and families for optimal student outcomes
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student confidence and independence
- Document student progress and adjust teaching approaches as needed
