• Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for assigned students
• Provide differentiated instruction aligned to IEP goals and standards
• Coordinate and facilitate meetings with families, staff, and related service providers
• Serve as a case manager, ensuring compliance with all federal and state special education regulations
• Maintain detailed, confidential records and documentation
• Collaborate with classroom teachers and specialists to support student progress
• Support students’ social and emotional development as well as academic growth
• Participate in professional development and trainings as required
