- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with families, staff, and multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver specialized instruction to students with diverse abilities in accordance with their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Develop and implement lesson plans aligned to students’ unique goals and learning styles
- Track student progress, document outcomes, and participate in IEP meetings
- Collaborate closely with general education teachers, aides, and related service providers
- Foster a nurturing, structured, and positive classroom atmosphere that encourages student engagement
- Communicate regularly with families to discuss student achievements, challenges, and support strategies
