Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Provide differentiated instruction in a variety of classroom settings (pull-out, push-in, resource)
- Assess students’ progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
- Maintain accurate and timely student records, including progress reports and documentation of services provided
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to enhance student outcomes
- Engage with families to support students’ academic and behavioral goals
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom community where all students can thrive
