Key Qualifications:
- Valid Special Education Teacher certification (state-appropriate)
- Previous experience with middle school-aged students is highly preferred

- Ability to maintain flexibility to respond to dynamic student needs
- Dedication to providing equitable, student-centered support
Responsibilities:
- Support a caseload of six students with emotional and behavioral needs at a single school site
- Collaborate with general education teachers, specialists, and families to create individualized support plans
- Implement and monitor behavior intervention strategies to promote student engagement and progress
- Regularly collect and analyze data to inform instructional decisions and adjust approaches as needed
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with all district and legal requirements
- Adapt daily and weekly schedules as necessary to ensure effective interventions and coverage
