Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for students with moderate to severe learning differences
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, paraprofessionals, and families to promote student progress

- Provide direct instruction, academic interventions, and behavioral support
- Monitor progress, maintain accurate documentation, and participate in IEP meetings
