Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7.5 hours per day
Position Overview
We are seeking five dedicated and passionate Intervention Specialists to support students in a variety of educational settings. These roles are ideal for educators committed to fostering inclusive learning environments and helping students achieve their academic and developmental goals.

Open Positions
- Elementary Intervention Specialists (Self-Contained Classrooms) Provide direct instruction and support to elementary students in a self-contained special education setting.
- High School Intervention Specialists (Co-Teaching Model) Collaborate with general education teachers to deliver inclusive instruction and support students with diverse learning needs in a high school environment.
- Multiple Disabilities (MD) Intervention Specialist (Self-Contained Classroom) Work with students with multiple disabilities in a structured, supportive classroom setting, focusing on individualized learning and life skills development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Deliver differentiated instruction aligned with student needs
- Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Qualifications
- Valid Ohio Intervention Specialist license (or ability to obtain)
- Experience working with students with special needs preferred
- Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
- Commitment to student success and inclusive practices
