Special Education Teacher - Olathe, CO

Qualifications:
- Active Colorado Special Education License with Early Childhood endorsement, or eligibility to obtain through reciprocity
- Experience working with preschool-aged children is preferred

- Commitment to individualized, student-centered instruction
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide targeted instruction and developmental support to preschool-aged students receiving special education services
- Create, implement, and manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs
- Conduct progress monitoring, maintain compliance documentation, and ensure accurate reporting
- Collaborate closely with families, therapists, and a multidisciplinary team to optimize student outcomes
- Encourage growth in communication, social-emotional, behavioral, and developmental domains
- Participate in student evaluations, eligibility determinations, and IEP meetings as an integral team member
This full-time role follows standard school hours and covers the entire 2026-2027 academic year, beginning August 12, 2026. Caseload details will be confirmed prior to the start of the contract.
