Key Qualifications:
- Active Special Education Teaching Certification (state or reciprocal)

- Expertise in creating and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

- Familiarity with differentiated instruction and behavior intervention strategies
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing classroom environments
Responsibilities:
- Deliver personalized instruction to students with diverse exceptionalities across three separate learning needs
- Assess, plan, and adapt lessons based on IEP goals and academic standards
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide tailored supports and accommodations
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as needed
- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student achievements and challenges
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and encouraging classroom culture
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal special education regulations
