What We’re Looking For:
- Certified Special Education Teacher (state credential required)
- Previous experience working in special education or with students who have diverse learning needs
- Strong understanding of IEP processes and implementation
- Ability to adapt instructional strategies to accommodate a wide range of abilities
- Collaborative approach with instructional teams, support staff, and families
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills

Your Daily Responsibilities:
- Teach and support students with a variety of learning needs, providing individualized and small-group instruction
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs to align with student goals
- Collaborate closely with general education teachers, specialists, and school support staff
- Adapt and design instructional materials and activities to match student strengths and needs
- Collect data, track academic and behavioral progress, and report on outcomes
- Communicate regularly with families regarding student development and interventions
- Maintain a positive, safe classroom environment where every student can thrive
