Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver tailored lesson plans aligned with students’ Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student success
- Monitor and record student progress, making adjustments to instruction as necessary
- Provide guidance and support to students, promoting social, behavioral, and academic growth
- Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and professional development activities
- Maintain accurate records and document service delivery in compliance with state and federal regulations
