Special Education Teacher - Prather, California

You’ll also provide support aligned to students’ unique needs and ensure compliance with state and federal special education requirements.
What we’re looking for:
- Valid California teaching credential in Special Education: Mild/Moderate or Extensive Support Needs (ESN)
- Prior experience with middle school students or RSP caseloads preferred
- Solid knowledge of special education law, best instructional practices, and IEP process
- Collaborative attitude and professional communication skills
- Ability to build rapport with students, families, and colleagues
- Dedication to fostering inclusive classroom environments
This is a full-time contract (35-37.5 hours per week) running from as soon as possible through the end of the school year. The pay range for this role is $45–$55 per hour.
