Responsibilities:
- Deliver specialized instruction and resource support based on students’ Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Develop engaging lessons and modify curriculum to accommodate diverse learning styles and needs
- Track student progress and maintain thorough documentation in compliance with state and district regulations
- Coordinate with support staff and families to promote academic, social, and behavioral growth
- Participate in IEP meetings, staff collaboration, and professional development as needed
