Special Education Teacher (Multiple Settings)
Position Overview
Sunbelt Staffing is seeking dedicated Special Education Teachers to support multiple programs in the St. Francis area. These are full-time, contract positions for the full 2026/2027 school year, designed to provide high-quality instructional and behavioral support to students district-wide.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and monitor compliant Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and deliver specially designed instruction.
Conduct educational evaluations, participate in eligibility determinations, and maintain accurate progress monitoring documentation.
Implement behavioral interventions, classroom management strategies, and support structured learning environments.
Collaborate closely with general education teachers, related service providers, administrators, and families to foster an inclusive environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Special Education or a related field.
Active Minnesota Special Education Teaching License (or verified eligibility to obtain through reciprocity).
Strong knowledge of IDEA regulations, special education compliance, and case management.
Excellent communication, data collection, and multidisciplinary collaboration skills.
