- Mild/Moderate Credential required
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid California Teaching License as specified above
- Proven experience working with students with special needs preferred
- Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills

Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized instruction aligned with IEPs
- Lead small group and one-on-one learning sessions
- Develop lesson plans and modify curriculum to meet student needs
- Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting strategies as needed
- Collaborate with instructional aides (3:1 para support), families, and other professionals
- Maintain compliance with state and federal education requirements
