What You'll Need:
- Current CTC certification in Mild/Moderate Special Education
- Previous experience teaching or supporting students with behavioral challenges
- Solid understanding of IEP implementation and behavioral intervention strategies
- Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver specialized instruction to elementary students with mild to moderate disabilities in both group and individual settings
- Implement and monitor IEP goals and accommodations, collaborating closely with colleagues and families

- Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress and adjust approaches as necessary
