Qualifications:

Responsibilities:
- Serve as Lead Teacher for an Intensive Learning Community, managing a self-contained classroom for up to 10 K-8 students
- Work collaboratively with, mentor, and oversee 2-3 instructional aides
- Develop and implement individualized instruction based on student IEPs for communication, social, behavioral, academic, and motor skills
- Integrate AAC devices and assistive technology as needed
- Uphold a structured, consistent environment with clear routines and expectations
