Qualifications:
- Active Special Education Teacher certification (state eligibility required)

- Patience, flexibility, and exceptional interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct instruction to a caseload of up to 10 students in a highly structured, self-contained K-8 classroom
- Lead and collaborate with 2-3 classroom aides
- Design individualized routines that build communication, social, academic, and motor skills
- Implement and monitor the use of AAC devices as needed
