Key Qualifications:
- Active Vermont Professional Teaching License with one of the following: Special Educator Endorsement, Special Education Consulting Teacher Endorsement, or Intensive Special Education Teacher Endorsement
- Experience supporting students with executive function needs, Autism spectrum disorders, severe behaviors, and/or learning disabilities
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility and innovative thinking, especially for new pilot programs
- Willingness to undergo fingerprinting or provide recent fingerprint clearance from another school assignment
Position Details:
- Full-time (35 hours/week), August 19, 2026 – June 14, 2027
- Two roles at the high school level supporting a new pilot program; work includes helping students build real-world employment and life skills, including some learners dual-enrolled at a local tech center
- One elementary position, joining a four-teacher team serving students with high-functioning Autism and learning disabilities, with PT/OT professionals providing additional support
- Onsite roles within a collaborative district setting
