- Pullout/Inclusion classroom support
- PreK Special Education
Qualifications we’re seeking:
- New Mexico Teaching License with appropriate Special Education endorsements
- High School certification for secondary English or Biology positions
- Experience with diverse learning needs across age groups a plus
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate, adaptable teaching style
- Commitment to fostering a supportive, inclusive classroom environment
Responsibilities in this role will include:
- Planning and delivering specialized instruction, both individually and in groups
- Creating and updating Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with staff and families
- Monitoring student progress and adapting strategies as needed
- Building positive relationships with students, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Attending IEP meetings, professional development, and collaborating on best practices
