Qualifications & Experience:
- Current license in Special Education or as an Intervention Specialist (appropriate for teaching students with moderate to intensive disabilities)
- Classroom teaching experience with special needs populations, preferably in MD settings
- Strong understanding of IEP development, instructional strategies, and progress monitoring
- Excellent communication, collaborative, and organizational skills
