Current openings are in both elementary and middle school settings. We are interviewing for a middle school resource position, with opportunities in elementary resource and middle school self-contained classrooms as well.
Qualifications:
- Valid certification or licensure in Special Education
- Experience as a Special Education Teacher (elementary and/or middle school levels)
- Familiarity with IEP development, progress monitoring, and small group/individualized instruction
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide instructional support and individualized intervention to students with diverse learning needs
- Develop and implement IEP goals in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Foster an inclusive, positive, and engaging classroom environment
- Utilize differentiated strategies to maximize student potential
- Partner with families, service providers, and school staff for holistic support
